This policy ensures clarity on payments and refunds so there are no surprises later. By making a payment to Sellingos, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms: 

1. Payments Are Final

• • All payments made to Sellingos are final and non-refundable once processed.

  • This applies regardless of:

    o Account suspension by any marketplace or portal.

    o Termination of your seller account.

    o Changes in marketplace policies or third-party actions affecting your account.

2. Marketplace & Third-Party Actions

• • Sellingos works to help you succeed, but we have no control over actions taken by marketplaces, portals, or other platforms.
  • If such actions result in suspension, restriction, or termination of your account, no refunds will be issued.

3. Your Responsibility for Content & Compliance

To protect your account, you are responsible for ensuring that all:

• • Images, product details, and content you provide are original, owned by you, and free from copyright or trademark violations.
  • Products comply with all marketplace guidelines and legal requirements.
  • If your account is affected due to duplicate, stolen, or non-compliant content, refunds will not be possible.

4. Compliance With Laws & Marketplace Rules

• • You must ensure your products and business activities follow all applicable laws and regulations in the countries where you operate.
  • Violations that lead to account suspension, penalties, or legal action will not qualify for a refund.

5. Delays or Denials Caused by Client Actions

      Refunds will not be provided if service delays, interruptions, or denials occur due to:

• • Failure to provide required information or documents on time.
  • Providing incorrect, incomplete, or fraudulent details.
  • Breach of marketplace rules or seller policies.

6. No Guarantee of Sales or Marketplace Approval

• • While we work to optimize your accounts and campaigns, we do not guarantee:
    • Marketplace approval or account activation.
    • Specific sales figures or revenue targets.
  • Refunds will not be issued if expected results are not achieved.

7. Scope of Work & Change Requests

• • Our services are limited to the scope defined in the proposal, package, or agreement at the time of payment.
  • Any additional work or changes requested after payment will be treated as a Change Request and may incur extra charges.
  • Payments for the original scope are non-refundable, even if you reduce, cancel, or alter the project after starting.

8. Force Majeure & Unforeseen Events

• • Sellingos will not be liable for delays, interruptions, or cancellations caused by events outside our control, including:
    • Natural disasters.
    • Government actions.
    • Internet or infrastructure outages.
    • Marketplace or platform policy changes.
  • No refunds will apply in such cases.

9. Digital Service Nature

• • Our services are digital in nature and begin shortly after payment.
  • Once initiated or delivered, they cannot be reversed or “returned,” and all payments remain final.

10. Agreement to Policy

• • By proceeding with payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & No Refund Policy.
  • This policy applies to all Sellingos services, including but not limited to:
    • Account registration and onboarding.
    • Listing optimization.
    • Marketing and campaign management.
    • Consultation services.

Last updated date will reflect the most recent version. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
